Prices
The sales prices indicated on the website are exclusive and in euros, with VAT included at the legal rate. Delivery charges are borne by the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the selected products and final value.
4culture reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it will always apply the price indicated on the website when the customer places the order. The 4culture website reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on: products, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
Availability
In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video text, images or other 4culture respects the terms of an order, namely, the order after dispatch will be delivered within 4-5 working days to addresses in mainland Portugal, for islands and abroad the term may be longer, provided that stock is available . In the event that one of the ordered products is not available from stock, the 4culture will contact the customer by email or telephone within 48 hours from the day following the date of the order, in order to inform the new delivery date of the product or request a change by a similar one.
Return & Exchanges
This Weo exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must return, within 15 days from receipt of the order, the items to be returned/exchanged. Items must be new and complete as they were received and must be returned in their original condition.
The return request must be made to the email geral@4culture.pt, with the order number as subject and purchase
invoice attached.
This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original and complete condition (packaging,
accessories, manuals, labels) and in good condition. Products returned incomplete or used by the customer will not be accepted.
In case of returning a product, 4culture will only refund the product price without shipping costs (in case the customer payed shipping costs). Shipping costs are at customer’s responsibility, this value will be deducted to the reimburse total.
In case of exchange for another product, 4culture will only refund the product price without shipping costs included (in case the costumer payed shipping costs). The return shipping costs and second shipping are at customer’s responsibility.
Warranties And After-sales Service
All products sold, benefit from a guarantee of conformity, without prejudice to the applicable legal guarantees.
4culture undertakes to carry out any repairs with suppliers. Whatever the problem with your product, it is necessary to send a copy of the invoice and the return email with the merchandise.
Attention, the warranty does not apply (or partially applies) to the repair of problems resulting from misuse, or non-use according to the manufacturer’s usage specifications.
4culture cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply the warranty. Repair quotes not accepted by the customer may be subject to administrative fees. If you agree with the budget, you must make a bank transfer corresponding to the respective amount of the repair.
Shipping and Payments
If any provision of thePurchases made in our virtual store are sold via GLS Express. Item prices do not include shipping costs.
Total value of the order including shipping is calculated in the end of the order.
In case of exchange or return, the shipping costs is customer’s cargo and second shipment remain.
Shipping works only from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
